Where to Start
It’s not easy for anyone – and so many questions arise: What do I do first? Who do I call? What next? Our role is to take some of that uncertainty away. We empower you to do the things you want and need to do – and we will do the rest. Paperwork, phone calls, planning, facilitating the difficult decisions. That’s our focus.
Right now, take your time. There is no rush to do everything at once.
We are strong advocates of taking time to adjust to a death, even if it was expected. There is no urgent need to rush to start making decisions and arranging things in the middle of the night. Unless the circumstances require immediate action, we suggest that you wait until morning to call. Take a breath.
