We’ll provide you with the confidence that all affairs are in order, documents are finalized, and that your plans align with your beliefs and values.

Your Personal Planner
We will help set up health directives – identify your health delegate and share your wishes with that person. We’ll help to ensure the other necessary documents are prepared, including your celebration of life wishes, power of attorney, and will.

Your Guide
Our team will address the difficult conversations no one wants to have with family and friends about advance planning. We’ll offer peace of mind about having your end-of-life decisions and plans in place. We are a neutral voice to help reduce stress and fears about bringing up the subject. Our team will help take the guesswork and any potential disagreements out of the picture.

Your Way
Our team will meet with you in your home to ensure a comfortable setting. We offer three workshop sessions for all those involved and present a range of options for consideration. We’ll share resources and templates for documents and offer access to wide range of professional resources to help as needed.

Epilog does not do traditional “pre-planning” (arranging and paying for a funeral in advance). We help document your wishes and we can suggest ways you can plan to pay for them (e.g., with a referral to a third party insurance company) but we do not take your money or make those paid pre-planning arrangements for you.
